The required state ACT Aspire Summative Assessment will be administered to your child on April 13, 14, 15, 20 and 21, 2021. It is essential to conduct spring testing to determine our students’ learning needs relative to acceleration, intervention, enrichment, and remediation. Testing onsite is a requirement for the ACT Aspire and all students and staff are expected to follow district and school protocols to ensure the safety and welfare of all who are participating in the testing experience. Additionally, the purpose of this letter is to determine if your child will need to be transported to and from the school on test days. Transportation will be provided each morning and each afternoon at designated locations. The office of transportation will be in contact with parents who indicate transportation is needed. Parents may choose to provide transportation for their child(ren). Each individual school will create a schedule during those days to test their students. During spring testing, there is not an option to test virtually. If you have questions regarding your child’s schedule, please contact the school. Medication & Health Services If your child will need medication administered at school, contact the school nurse to receive guidance and to develop a plan for your child to receive his/her medication at the testing site. To notify your school of your transportation needs, parents of virtual and blended students will receive a link to a google form that should be completed no later than March 12th.
Please find the link below to request information. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Lori Brown, our testing coordinator at 234-6536.
