This week our staff spotlight is Latasha Kimbrough-Tate! Mrs. Tate is new to Landmark this year, but she's been working with children in preschool and kindergarten settings for a while. We're lucky she joined our team!

On Fridays at LANDMARK ELEMENTARY, we celebrate SOAR behavior! SOAR stands for students who show self-control, are on task, act responsibly, and are respectful. Students have the opportunity to shop at the PBIS store using points they’ve earned for behavior or attend FriYay clubs.
Pictured are students celebrating in Mrs. Jones’s 2nd grade FriYay club and students making edible “dirt” in Ms. Harville’s 4th grade FriYay club!

A former LANDMARK ELEMENTARY student is being recognized for her submission in the Curbside Couture Fashion Show at the Clinton Presidential Center. Alexis Mitchell won the elementary division of the contest.
