Multilingual students at SHJHS were treated with bilingual guest speakers who highlighted the advantages of knowing two languages! Jose Romero and Brett Dush from the Leadership Training Development Department of David's Burgers each shared their story of learning a second language and the benefits they've seen in their lives as a result.

Ms. Slater's FCS students just put the finishing touches on their Sewing Unit projects. Students were tasked to create their own monster felt babies , and the creative creatures they made are so fun!
Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Kaur's classes participated in an exciting chemical reaction lab. During this activity, students observed various reactions and identified key indicators of chemical changes, including temperature change, color change, formation of a precipitate, production of gas (bubbling), and odor. This engaging hands-on experiment sparked curiosity and enhanced their understanding of chemical reactions.
